This notice explains how information is handled when you use this website or contact Daenetic about a project.
The project brief
The enquiry form prepares an email on your device. It does not submit your answers to a Daenetic database or email service. Your form answers are held in the current page and are not saved to browser storage by this website. If you copy the brief, it is placed on your device's clipboard.
When you email us
If you send an email to marketing@daenetic.com, we receive the information you include, such as your name, contact details, business and project requirements. We use it to respond, assess the project and manage any subsequent discussion. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or confidential customer records in an initial enquiry.
Booking a discovery call
The booking page embeds Google Calendar. When you open it, your browser connects to Google to display live availability. If you book, Google processes your contact details, chosen time and booking answers, and shares the appointment with Daenetic. Google sends the calendar invitation, Google Meet link and configured reminders. You can manage the booking using your confirmation email. Google’s privacy policy applies to its service.
Hosting and external services
The hosting service may process technical request information, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. Email is handled by the email services involved in your conversation. External websites, including BISHH, operate under their own privacy notices.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The hosting platform may use its own authentication or operational cookies, depending on how you access the site.
Keeping and updating information
Project correspondence may be retained for the enquiry, an ongoing business relationship and applicable recordkeeping needs. To ask about information you have shared, request a correction or request deletion, email marketing@daenetic.com. We will review the request and explain any information that must be retained.
