This notice explains how information is handled when you use this website, sign in to the customer portal or contact Daenetic about a project.
The project brief
The enquiry form prepares an email on your device. It does not submit your answers to a Daenetic database or email service. Your form answers are held in the current page and are not saved to browser storage by this website. If you copy the brief, it is placed on your device's clipboard.
When you email us
If you send an email to marketing@daenetic.com, we receive the information you include, such as your name, contact details, business and project requirements. We use it to respond, assess the project and manage any subsequent discussion. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or confidential customer records in an initial enquiry.
Booking a discovery call
The booking page embeds Google Calendar. When you open it, your browser connects to Google to display live availability. If you book, Google processes your contact details, chosen time and booking answers, and shares the appointment with Daenetic. Google sends the calendar invitation, Google Meet link and configured reminders. You can manage the booking using your confirmation email. Google’s privacy policy applies to its service.
Customer portal and account access
When you sign in to the customer portal, Neon Auth processes your identity and session. Daenetic stores company memberships, website details, invoice records, service plans, maintenance, support requests and an audit history to provide and manage your services. Vercel hosts the website, Railway runs the API, Neon stores application records and Cloudflare R2 stores private documents when provided. Company records are available to authorised company contacts and Daenetic staff according to their access role. The portal currently records invoices; it does not collect card details or process payments.
Hosting and external services
The hosting service may process technical request information, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. Email is handled by the email services involved in your conversation. External websites, including BISHH, operate under their own privacy notices.
Cookies and analytics
The public website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The customer portal uses necessary authentication and session cookies to keep you signed in and protect access. Google sign-in and the embedded booking service may use their own cookies.
Keeping and updating information
Project correspondence may be retained for the enquiry, an ongoing business relationship and applicable recordkeeping needs. To ask about information you have shared, request a correction or request deletion, email marketing@daenetic.com. We will review the request and explain any information that must be retained.
